Instead of a traditional patterned shell, the sculpture carries a dense collection of toys, beads, miniature figures, flowers, vehicles, and found objects, turning its back into a miniature universe of memories and discoveries.
There is a playful tension between the turtle’s naturally slow, peaceful character and the visual energy of everything it carries. Handcrafted as a three-dimensional sculptural form and meticulously assembled with individually placed toys, beads, miniature figures, and decorative found objects, complemented by a metallic-finish body and sealed with a protective coating. Dust gently using a soft, dry microfiber cloth or soft brush, taking particular care around the intricate shell. Avoid excessive moisture, harsh cleaning products, direct impact, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the artwork’s colors and finish.
